Coach David attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater to pursue Human Performance and Strength and Conditioning. Upon graduation, he obtained a certification as an exercise physiologist. Along with his education, he has experience in quarterback coaching, physical therapy, sprint mechanics, and undergraduate research in health supplements. His experience in football coaching stems from two years with New Berlin West High School and coaching the UWW football team in strength and conditioning. At Watts and Diesel, he has been working with a vast array of athletes in different sports: football, track and field, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, baseball, soccer, wrestling, and swim/dive. In addition, Dave has worked with adults in achieving goals in health, body composition, and alleviating symptoms from chronic diseases like Parkinson’s. His athletes have seen improvements in speed, agility, explosiveness, vertical jump, power, strength, flexibility, and mobility. Coach Dave takes a holistic approach of health and bodily performance to improve quality of life and skill based components of health.
